On behalf of Professors Grazia Mannozzi and Chiara Perini, we are delighted to inform you that registration is now open for the Winter School on "Victims' Rights in light of the Council of Europe Recommendation CM/Rec 2023(2)". The event will take place from January 29th to February 2nd 2024 at the University of Insubria in Como (Italy).

The Winter School is honoured to have lecturers who are among the leading experts in the field and three of the drafters of the new Council of Europe Recommendation on rights, services, and support for victims of crime. It offers the opportunity to focus on the Recommendation, a fundamental instrument to improve victims’ rights with openness to restorative justice in a broad legal perspective.

Except for students from Insubria University, the Winter School will be held in-person and online.
