We publish the call to take part in the third conference of the Italian section of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S, www.icon-society.org), which will take place in Bologna on 20 and 21 November 2020, entitled "The future of the State".

The aim of the conference is to encourage, in the multidisciplinary perspective that distinguishes ICON-S, a rigorous discussion on a selected number of papers, in order to strengthen the dialogue in the Italian and world scientific community.

Researchers from all areas of the legal sciences, but also scholars of sociology, political science, economics and computer science, at any stage of their careers, are invited to participate. The selection of proposals will be made from the abstracts of the papers (maximum 800 words) and the description of the panels (maximum 1000 words), which must be sent, in Italian or English, by 31 August 2020 on the website https://www.iconsitalia2020.it. The result of the selection will be communicated by 30 September 2020.
